1. Is there a way of filtering by more than one Tag on candidates and clients? I don't see the benefit of attaching multiple tags to a record and not being able to filter on multiple criteria.

2. Is there a way of sending a candidate to multiple clients and have it marked on their record that they have been sent to that particular client contact?

3. Is there a way of auto formatting CVs into an in-house style?

4. When I add an image to an email, the recipient can't see it - is there a specific way they need to be added or a specific format?

5. When sending a mass email, is there a way to select the 'from' address and 'reply to' address?
