Varying ESCAPE key functionality in Assist

In Full Screen mode the ESCAPE key takes you out of Full Screen mode.  I know this is typical behavior but its really annoying because the ESCAPE key is used often.

When not in Full Screen mode the ESCAPE key goes to the application.  Thank GOD for that. 

Zoho should have a screen where you define the control key handling.
