Verification code on contact us page

Hey Guys,
I got my site all set up which you can see here... http://ascendingenergy.zohosites.com

But, I am having an issue not seeing the verification code on the contact me page thus, people can not send me any messages. Is this something that is being worked on right now or, is this a "glitch" in the servers?

Please let me know what is going on with this.
