Hi everyone!
Considering different platforms for my store. In Zoho, I like a wide range of one-box solutions. I decided to test the platform and immediately ran into a problem.
As you know - the more complicated the registration procedure, means the lower the conversion of users. This is an axiom. The process of registering a new member of the portal at Zoho Commerce is a good illustration of this thesis. First, for some reason during registration, the user must enter the code that is sent to the email. Secondly, very high password requirements (this is not a bank account). And the third - the login field is cut by the majority of adblock browser extensions.
I assume that the conversion of such a registration procedure will not be higher than 40%.
These issues need to be urgently changed.
