Very useful stuff, one minor issue

We are a large High School/ Technology College in the north west of England and we have been using your project management software to try and get a sixth form team of young engineers to coordinate themselves a bit better. It has been very useful indeed, especially for pooling information which the students can add to and edit and also access from home.

We did discover one minor issue with the software that under different circumstances could cause larger problems:

One of the team members left the team shortly before xmas and I successfully deleted her as a user, however, she continued to receive reminders about meetings that had been scheduled whilst she was still a member. Notifications for meetings that were set after she had left the group were not sent to her.

I am guessing that this is because a mailing list for reminder emails is made at the time of the meeting being scheduled, but is not verified against a current user list before sending. I have been unable to confirm whether or not the new team member received the reminders about the meeting but strongly suspect that they didn't
