View Conversation Thread, Including Private Comments, when Replying

When you compose a reply in Zoho Desk it takes you out of the conversation thread view and into a large composing window. This means that you can't see private comments from the ticket tread or attachments, both of which are frequently handy to reference when composing a reply. Is there a way the reply interface could be reconfigured so that it is more in-line with the conversation thread, similar to Gmail and other helpdesk interfaces?
