View of tasks across multiple projects

Hi guys,

This is a great tool. We need a calendar view which will show a particular resource's tasks across projects. In other words, all my team members work on multiple projects. I need to be able to see their workload across projects. Without this important feature, it is hard to plan projects.
On the other hand, the resource should be able to see in one screen the different tasks he/she needs to perform for different projects.
