Hello:
We are having an issue with some of our Zoho users when they go into the Client Contacts section, open up a client, and select to see the email trail, some of our users can't see all the emails. The only ones they can see are the ones they sent through Zoho, but not the ones they sent through Gmail
Other users can see all of the emails, whether they sent them through Gmail or Zoho.
Is there a setting that need to be changed to get this functionality working for everyone?

Mine set up seems to be working fine, but Allan Welyk's is not.
