A colleague is adding our own questions in the question pool for our Employee Engagement survey, but I can't see the questions she has entered, even after refreshing the webpage. 

Are the custom questions in the question pool only visible to the one who performs the data entry? If so, is there a way to make them visible to everyone who has access rights to create employee engagement surveys? It seems a silly if this is not possible.
