Warranty & Service Plan tracking
Hi Zoho Community!
Does anyone use any of the Zoho Products for Warranty and Service Plan tracking?
I know I can track batches and serial numbers in Zoho Inventory... but I'm trying to find a way that I can track which serial numbers & clients are tied to various warranties and service plans.
For example... John Doe purchased 1 item with serial number 0001 and he has the standard warranty. But Jane Jones purchased the same item with serial number 0002 and she has the premium service plan. These warranties and plans would obviously have expiration dates which should be tied to email reminders/marketing triggers to renew or extend their warranty/service plan, and would alert any service technicians that a certain serial number may have an expired, limited, or prorated warranty coverage.
Any insight would be super helpful!
