Web E-Mail Groups & E-Mail aliases issue
Hello there,
I already contacted your support by email but haven't received a reply in days. I purchased your Mail lite plan recently but I have trouble setting up my email accounts with your service. My plan was to register 2 domains and then add 2 addresses for each domain (sales + info @domain1/2.com)
- I figured out that I have to set up E-Mail Aliases for my “super admin”. That’s working but the emails are shown for all mail addresses and domains within one inbox in my account. Is there a way to at least group the 2 domain emails each in the browser application so it’s not all in one folder (mail inbox)?
- I mainly use Outlook for reading and sending emails. That’s why I added both mail addresses (info & sales@domain.com) to my outlook. I can send e-mails without any issues but I now receive all emails twice since it seems to get the emails from the super admin and not the email address itself. How can this be fixed so for example sales@domain.com only downloads the emails from the address sales@domain.com and not also from info@domain.com?
I don't want to purchase another user plan as I am only one single user and if that’s not possible I will have to look for a different solution. I didn’t have this issue with my previous domain and e-mail host. I also just figured out that with a free plan I can add up to 5 users which would solve most of these issues I guess and would be even better than my paid plan. However, it is possible to receive the emails with Outlook then (POP3)? I read somewhere it would be possible but it says no on your website.
Looking forward to your reply or any help. Thank you in advance.
Best regards
