Web Form fail.

Hi, When sending a Job Opening and Web Form to a Candidate via email to apply for a job, using the "Job URL to Publish in other Websites", everything works fine except the page that displays after the candidate has filled out the form shows an error. How do we show a proper success page? Please advise. The form works fine when the user finds it through our career website integration with CNAME alias but not when sending them a direct link to the job and form. Example attached Thanks
