Web forms - CRM

I am using CRM and Recruit. The Web to candidate embedded form looks and behaves like the original form in Recruit - 2 column. In CRM, however, this is not the case. I would like my web to contact/lead in CRM to be similar format to my web to candidate in Recruit. Is this a possibility?
