What a Load of Crap... Same Number, Multiple Accounts

what the heck Zoho, I understand the whole "one-time phone verification to prevent abuse" but what the actual hell. it makes no sense that so many customers are upset and desperate. this needs some serious attention and it should be brought up to someone who can make a change, like an executive or manager, unless y'all are ignorant and lazy.

customer satisfaction > "abuse"

G Suite doesn't even require a phone number. Besides, I'm sure there are more rational alternatives.

figure something out and soon are me and people who agree will leave due to no other option! and don't bring up the silly "partner store" bull crap.
