What are the reports comparing to?
We noticed on our weekly/biweekly/monthly reports from Instagram, Facebook and Google My Business that the reporting is a bit skewed.
By this is mean the attached Key Point Indicators for GMB are from the time frame September 1st thru September 15th. Notice the total search and total view is also 2k but on the screenshot following the GMB Total Search and Total view is also 2k but trending downwards is. This is for a biweekly report what concerns me is what is it comparing to and where are the percentages calculated or formulated from?
Above Screenshot is from September 16th thru the 30th of September.
