What is the approximate maximum number of submissions per day from Zoho mail for my account?

Hi,

I use Zoho mail's SMTP server.
I send about 200 messages a day from my system,
And my account is sometimes blocked with below error message.

550 5.4.6 Unusual sending activity detected. Please try after sometime.

What is the approximate maximum number of submissions per day for my account?
Note: SPF and DKIM authentication are already configured.
