What matters more in Zoho implementations: tools or system architecture?

I recently worked on a full-stack migration for a catering equipment business using Zoho One with Shopify, and it raised a few interesting observations.

The setup included migrating a large product catalog (around 9,700+ SKUs), integrating multiple supplier data feeds (50+), and handling a significant volume of media assets through a CDN. The migration was completed without downtime and showed noticeable improvement in overall efficiency.

What stood out was that the outcome seemed less dependent on the tools themselves and more on how the data was structured and how the system was designed from the beginning.

It made me curious-when working with Zoho, what tends to be the more challenging part in practice?

Is it system integration, data organization, or managing workflows as operations grow?Interested to hear different experiences and approaches.
