To start with, I always feel that a product's success lies in what efforts they put in to deliver quality outcome every month. These petite feats are built in every month to form a massive productivity at the end of every year. Well, I am here to share some of the latest enrichments and resolutions that Zoho Projects came across in the month of June.

Timesheet comes with two new enhancements

The well-known time tracking tool in Zoho Projects is the Timesheet where you can log hours of your tasks and track the progress effectively.

  • When you click the Group by user functionality in Timesheet, you can now view the list of email IDs of users who log entries

  • You can now export timesheet for archived projects as well 
          

Mandatory custom fields in bugs

According to your specifications, it is easy to classify the bugs using Custom Fields. This lets project users to submit a bug unless they specify a value for the field.

  • When creating a new custom field, you can mark the custom field as mandatory  
  • Click Add Custom Field , start filling the fields and select the check box Make this as a mandatory field



  Invoice generation using new enhancements
  • Click Users in How to sort date on invoice and generate invoice for multiple users in your project
  • You can also specify the other fields like Item name and Item Description in order to show them up in the invoice that you generate.

Image across the projects can be expanded and condensed using the inbuilt Zoom-in and Zoom-out feature.

  • Select the image that you prefer to take a deeper look.
  • Click the + icon available at the bottom right corner of the page.
  • Click to expand or condense the image
