When stopping a timer, prompt us for notes

When stopping a timer, prompt us for notes

please give the option to prompt for user notes when stopping a timer. especially in the iOS app. We like to know what was done on each time. I know they can EDIT the timesheet after they stop the timer, but thats an extra step that we shouldnt need to explain to every one of our employees.
