When you perform a search in Zoho
When you perform a search in Zoho, the search should not limit it self to the screen you are on. For example, when I am on the Candidates page and I perform a search on "McDonald" it should not return only the results in the Candidate database, it should return all the records that have "McDonald" in it.
If not, at least give the person performing the search the ability to specify what databases you want to search in, i.e. Candidates, Client Contacts, etc.
I have searched for a number of people in my Candidate database and come up with Nil results, only to discover they are over in the Client Contact database. That could be avoided if it would return more results. Especially now that you have provided the ability to turn a Candidate into a Client Contact and vice versa.
