Where can I get help setting up and migrating to Zoho mail.

I have been using Zoho mail for a couple of months now, but still don't have everything configured correctly. I find that chat or telephone support works best, but neither seem to be available . Oh thats right we can call an 888 number to only find no one is available to take our call so we leave a message only to later receive an email from someone telling us our phone number is incorrect. It´s not, as I receive the text with the login security code at the same number. 

I must say I am extremely disappointed at the lack of help for this process. I have also asked several times to set a time that I could call and I am just told to call whenever and they will help me. It is very hard to get help from a recording telling me no one is available.

Can someone tell me how to get the help that I need?
