Where to put the hours of the fixed price offering (budget)?

Where to put the hours of the fixed price offering (budget)?

I upgrade to Zoho Projects Medium with the expectation that I could bring in the hours available according the fixed price offering. And then when I log my hours I can see I'm in budget or not. Mayby someone can explain to me how I can fix this, because I need to manage my Projects in this way!
