which spf should i choose out of two?

Dear Support Team,

I have asked many times on zoho forum but my all questions are waiting for some moderator to approve. So i am asking here,

I have email hosting with zoho. I have to enter zoho spf record in my DNS. There are TWO zoho spf records as given below according to your website,

v=spf1 mx include:zoho.com ~all

v=spf1 include:zcsend.net ~all

So my question is which one should i use? Please keep in view i don't have webhosting with zoho, I am using just free email hosting.
