While replying to an email, is there a functionality by which the email which we are replying to, if it has attachments, those can be automatically added back?

This is a useful feature where if while replying, we add more recipients and they need the response alongwith the previous attachments. It helps avoid an additional forwarded email to be sent to the new recipients with the attachments.
