onnect response forms from my Wordpress website, using the Contact Forms 7 plugin, however the SMTP is not working. I have tried using wp-mail-smtp plugin, an assistance plugin for STMP, but it showed a result:

my service provider said
whitelist the IP address"103.20.214.2" at there firewall
how can i do it from zoho cpanel
