why are multiple candidate records still being created from single email? 1 email causes 3 candidate records!!!
I am sure this is on the road map to fix but I am REALLY surprised it is STILL happening.
Example - I receive an email from a candidate with two attachments (normally it might be cover letter and resume), on this occasion it is two versions of his resume [a long form and a shorter version] for my review. What happens when I forward this onto my
@resumes1.zohorecruit.com email address to add this person autoamtically to my Zoho Recruit database?
It creates 3 candidate records of the same name!
1st record is candidate name with email added as an attachment
2nd records is same candidate name with first attachment included
3rd records is same candidate name with second attachment included
All 3 records created at the same time - so now I have to go back and jump through the duplicates hoop to merge all back into the one true record.
Surely this can be fixed by now that any email with multiple attachments only creates one record with all attachments included. And I don't mean only included the first attachment and strip out the rest as has happened in the past.
