Why cant a "Field" question be longer than 50 characters? Completely ridiculous.

Why cant a "Field" question be longer than 50 characters? I've been trying to deal with Live Chat but that is seemingly worthless since they don't even know what is going on half the time.

Why cant my "Fields" that go on a job application be longer than 50 characters? That is completely ridiculous. Please change your system to allow up to 500 characters in "Fields" and not only 50. You cannot even ask a question in 50 characters or less!

Specifically the CANDIDATES: LIST OF FIELDS section, where you can enter questions as "Fields" that will be able to be added to an application form for a candidate.

Does anyone know how to adjust the fields to allow more than a maximum of 50 characters?
