Hi Zoho Team,

I am trying to write function to automate a process but whatever API name or Column Name I use, the API isn't populating certain fields. Even the standard fields aren't getting populated through API. It's already exhausting to find all API Names or Column Name(I don't know why this weird implementation, but sometime API Name doesn't work and I have to use this name) as it isn't made as easily as available as Zoho CRM, on top of that even those found API Names or Column Names aren't populating the data.

I reach out to support and even they are not able to find why "end_date" API Name isn't working though it's a standard field. Because such issues, all my deliverables are getting delayed.
