Hello, 

Frequently while using Zoho mail, I do not get chat messages until I click on the tab where I'll find that I'm missing a message from like an hour ago. If it never showed up on the tab, it wouldn't really matter, but messages appear on the tab often enough that I rely on not constantly needing to check my email tab. This has seriously affected my work from missing important messages that simply are not there until I click on the tab.
