Why does Zoho Support do not show up on time for a scheduled call

I had a scheduled call with Zoho Support team to help with Zoho mail. As usual, there was a no-show.

This has become a common issue in getting help from Zoho. In this case, it was setup by sagar.sn.

It is not a one-time situation but it frequently happens (almost 80% of the instances).

Do others have the same experience?
