Why is Billing Type a decision box instead of a dropdown menu?

Why is Billing Type a decision box instead of a dropdown menu?

Hello,

I've come across a problem. I am making reports in Analytics with data from Zoho Desk. The problem is that when I look up tickets in desk I can see 3 different billing types (Billable, Non-billable and Invoiced) but in Analytics this changes to 2 (Yes/No). This makes it very hard to look up data based on billing types.  Which only causes inconveniences when working in Analytics.

To make sure my colleague and I looked at different Data Tables and have come across Invoice Items, which has only items that are Invoiced in Desk. So how come Invoiced items in Desk show up in a special made table but it doesn't show those same items as Invoiced instead of Yes in Analytics? I am sure there is a way easier way to do this instead of having customers to dig trough data and finding out which is which.

I've also attached a picture of how we feel like Billing Type data is working right now. This is the only way it makes sense to us.  As you can see it makes a distinguishment if something is invoiced or not invoiced (this we know for a fact because only invoiced items show up in Invoiced Items table, billable items don't show up here) but it doesn't change the status due to the fact that it is a decision box instead of a dropdown menu or automatic status which it receives from Desk.

I hope you can fix this problem. It really doesn't make any sense.

With Regards,
Ziya Mert
