Why is it so difficult...

Hi guys,

I have an order template, via WORD, that I have imported to Zoho.

Zoho has kindly altered the whole document, changed formatting, changed fonts and overall has presented me with a pretty ghastly document. I have tried to amend the headers - there is an image and a text box - as well as body contents but NOTHING is working and I about to go crazy!

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can import a word doc to display exactly as created? I have tried and tried to create tables etc to mirror but I am loosing the will to live.

I have added the document so you can see what I am looking to achieve and what Zoho has spat out at me.

Please help me on this cold yet crisp Friday morning!
