We were in the middle of a complete website redesign and our annual subscription lapsed. (We had also cancelled the CC that was listed for the plan a long time ago). Our account was downgraded to free plan, but when we went to renew (at monthly rate), there was a (minor) charge for ~$5 added as past due fee. Seems odd to charge us past due for a free plan during that period??
