Widget for status changes on candidate profiles?

Widget for status changes on candidate profiles?

Is there a way add a widget on the home screen where candidate's whose statuses have changed populate? For example, if I submit a candidate to a client, and I want to be notified on my home screen when that status changes from "Submitted to Client" to "Approved by Client" after they leave feedback, is there a way for me to do this?
