What does the terms and conditions say about mail accounts.

I have a mail account 123456789@zohomail.eu

What if I don't use Zoho anymore. Will the account be automatically deleted at some date?

Is it possible that the same mail address 123456789@zohomail.eu will be reassigned to someone else at some future time?
