Word Extension: Ctrl+S

I'm using Zoho through Word with the extension.

The CTRL+S only saves the local Word copy?

So, is there a shortcut to save the ZOHO copy, rather than navigating through the Zoho Writer menu?

Ideally, I'd like CTRL+s to save the local Word copy AND the Zoho editio copies simultaneously.
