Wording in Interview Email is incorrect:

Hi there,

We have noticed that when you receive an email to say that you have been assigned to an interview the wording is in past tense even though the interview has not taken place yet, see below:

It says " Ciara hennessy interviewed by Lisa Filgas for Trainee PM (Trainee PM)" it should say something about the interview being scheduled.
