Hi, We apologize for the delay in our response. Kindly do the following in your server. In order to check Zoho SMTP connectivity, kindly follow the below steps to collect trace route & Open SSL status for SMTP,
1. Click here and download the appropriate Open SSL client (x86 which is 32 bit or x64 based on your operating system). 2. Unzip the downloaded file and go to openssl-0.9.8k_X64-> bin-> openssl.exe. 3. Enter "s_client -connect smtp.zoho.com:465". 4. Enter "ehlo Zoho.com". 5. Enter "Auth login". 6. Enter the result (open this website in a new tab, enter your email address, select encode and copy the result). 7. Enter the result (open this website in a new tab, enter your password, select encode and copy the result). 8. Right click on the top bar next to minimize, maximum buttons and select edit -> Select all (to select the text). 9. Again right click on the top bar next to minimize button and select edit -> Copy (to copy the text). 10. Open notepad, paste the copied content, save the text file and send it to us. Also, take screenshot of the complete window and send these details to us. |
