Workaround for Backstage's non-compliant cookie banner

Does anyone has a workaround for the cookie banner Backstage uses when you publish an event?

Currently there is no "Decline All Cookies" button, only "Accept All" and "Customise". Which means it is not compliant with data protection requirements, as there is a two step process needed to switch off non-essential cookies.

Also there's an issue when you use the Custom Cookie Policy option, as that requires a link outside the Backstage micro-site. Which will have a different/another cookie notice for that site.

One customer said, "I’m rather put off this event when I visit your website. I was shown the cookie banner and clicked through to ‘view policy’ (I think this should say cookie notice) where I declined non-essential cookies.

However, when went back to the landing page it still asks me to ‘Accept all cookies’ again. I’m sure you’re aware this approach does not comply with PECR. Perhaps your cookie consent platform needs some attention?"
