How do other folks on here configure their systems to notify their candidate base about new opportunities without spamming them with irrelevant options?
I'm again not able to get workflow automation to do anything useful. I intended to setup workflow automation so that whenever a new job is entered, it notifies candidates whose contact preferences suggest they maybe interested in hearing about that type of new opportunity.
For example, if the new job is for a permanent placement Java Developer in NYC, I want the system to send a mail to all candidates whom are subscribed to notifications for permanent placement Java roles in NYC once it posts/gets published out.
I would think this would be pretty basic. Most ATS systems spam every candidate every time a new job is added. Here I don't even see a way to do that, nor take right next step and restrict it to opportunities the candidates may actually be interested in hearing about.
There is no mass e-mail feature in e-mail templates, nor a way to configure a rule so that whenever a new job is added, an e-mail template will be sent, with some way to prune the recipient list down by specifying filter criteria. Zoho Campaigns is not an option either. There is no Zoho recruit contact integration nor event based triggering.
