How can I view Workflow Logs?

I have setup custom criteria for custom functions and emails for task workflows 

Sometimes it doesn't get executed, now It's really hard for me to check where the issue occurred 

is it due to the criteria? My Function Logic? Or email Alert? 

Why doesn't Zoho Projects Offers Workflow Logs like other Zoho  Apps
