Workflow: Set an action for changes of candidates status + rule criteria based on jobs

I want to set up automatic rejection emails.
As some of my clients want me to work with their corporate email, I need to send these mails from different email address.

It is impossible to do now.
I can't create an action based on a change of candidate status + a rule criteria based on jobs.


Please create that option :-)
