Hi!
We have a contact view synced with a workflow (Version 1) that has 6 email messages programmed to be delivery in next few days. Today we updated our messages on the workflow and the system created a Version 2 of that workflow.
I have a few questions regarding this process:
- Is really necessary to generate a new version when I update the text or any other element from the workflow?
- Should I sync the workflow and the contact view each time a new version is generated?
- Lets say we have 10 contacts on our custom view, 4 of them already received all messages set on the workflow but 6 received 2 of 6 messages only. Since we have a new workflow version now, what will happen with those 10 contacts?
