Would it be possible to allow a member who only read rights to view or chat with other shared members?

Scenario:
I shared a Zoho sheet with two members.To one a provided read only access and the other member with read and write.

When I started the chat session the member with only read access was not part of the conversation..

Suggestion:
To have all members who are sharing the sheet be about to chat.
