Wrong data when opening a spreadsheet

Hi,

I have a lot of formulas in my spreadsheet for calculating time, for example

=IF(AND(B18>0;C18>0);24 *(C18-B18-VALUE(D18));"")

Each time when I am opening my spreadsheet, the calculation is wrong. I have to press F9 and then the recalculation will be ok. That's pretty annoying.

The same with the cell format. Some cells are formatted in english (0.50), some in german (0,50), don't know why. When I am reformatting the cells, the reformatting is reset when opening the sheet for the next time.

At least, when opening the sheet the first table is displayed, not the table of the last visit.
