Wrong Domain Extension Given
i registered on Zoho mails and purchased domain here at zoho during sign up process i choose " familygroupind.com " as domain and .com as domain extension. i bet i made no mistake during my registration process i checked every thing and on email for hosting i enter info@familygroupind.com but when i completed the registration process and paid the required amount purchased zoho professional account after registration i was given "info@familygroupltd.online" which i never desired to get this is mistake on zoho's end , i tried to reach customers support to make them resolve the issue , mail them many many times but i hear nothing from them this is the worst service i have evev experienced in my life , i would like to hear from zoho support team and t resolve my issue if any body reading this from zoho team or other wise i will be dis pointed and will refund my amount i have paid and will never ever come to zoho again. please provide me good service and resolve my issue as quickly as possible.
