Hi, I'm working on an integration between Xero and Zoho and part of it requires data to be pulled into Analytics and that's raised a question in my mind.

When connecting to Xero, Zoho Analytics lets me pull up to 24 months of data from Xero in the initial pull.

Q1. I assume that the initial pull is 24 months, but with the ongoing sync I can expect to have 25 months of data in 1 month, 26 months of data in 2 months etc.

Q2. Can the initial pull of data be extended to more than 24 months? Currently people paying in instalments finish paying within 15 months on average, but in the future we might have instalment plans over longer periods of time - I don't want us to be in a situation where invoices that are still active are not pulled into Zoho Analytics.
