You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs.

I keep getting this error message: 

"You don't have permission to access Zoho Docs"

This occurs with all of our accounts (@eyes360.ca) other then the admin account.      Was there a setting the admin account accidentally changed to limit other accounts access to zoho docs?
