You dont have permission to access Zoho Docs

Good morning
This morning one of our staff was not able to access Zoho Docs. He is able to login and access Zoho Mail, but when he tries to access Zoho Docs, he gets the message "You dont have permission to access Zoho Docs"
Funnily, I am able to access the spreadsheet that he had shared with me previously.
