Your email address is already registered as administrator under the Organization

Hello support,

We are trying to sort out the issue with a user for Site24x7 and SDP On Demand.

This is the error received when clicking the Invite link:


Your email address(jonathan.gottler@dermalogica.com) is already registered as administrator under the Organization  jonathangottler - Site24x7. To join the organization dermalogica, you should delete your existing organization jonathangottler - Site24x7.

We couldn't find the jonathangottler - Site24x7 administrator account.

Please help.
